So if you used to watch the show, you probably wonder what happened to the vast amount of horror junk and comical props we had everywhere for 9 years. Some of it went the way of all things. We gave the guillotine back to the friend that lent it to us. The big Freddy Kreuger standee we had, I don’t remember where that went. The big inflatable creatures are all in my storage area, though I suspect some of them will no longer inflate. The coffin fell apart, the fireplace disappeared when the TV station moved, as did that table that was in front of us. And the background, which was actually painted on the wall for years (!) was painted over. Although the blood spatter from when GWAR was on the show kept seeping through there were several layers of paint on it.

A lot of it, as I said is in my work room in the back. Once in a while, like the Zombie Chow box, things will kind of appear. (Yes that is some Fox award I won.) (And yes there are Godzillas standing on my grandparents clock.) But my wife is very patient. Very very patient. So while not exactly the Movie Morgue there is junk all over my family room.

It’s sort of Halloween here all the time. Our children’s friends used to say “Oh your house is so interesting.”

As I said before, my wife is very patient.
